This is my second time bringing a car to Shell Annandale Service (SAS), and the service is just excellent, with an ample pool of certified experience technicians. I initially took my car to an actual dealership where they tried to charge me outrageous prices. SAS, Mr. Jawed gave me very reasonable pricing, written detail estimate, their customer service is simply outstanding. Fast service, 10% military/first responders discount. Highly recommend them!

I had such a wonderful experience at Shell Annandale Service with Mr. Jawed. I initially came in because of a flat tire, and Mr. Jawed quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. He asked me to return the next day for the tire repair, and from the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. What stood out the most was not just his professionalism and knowledge, but his kindness and compassion. During my visit, I was going through a very difficult time personally, and somehow he could sense that I was under a lot of stress. He took the time to listen to me without judgment, with so much patience and empathy. Instead of treating me like just another customer, he treated me like a human being who needed support and comfort in that moment. He offered thoughtful advice, shared possible solutions, and even offered me a snack free of charge. That level of kindness is rare these days. Mr. Jawed is not only excellent at what he does, but he also has a genuinely good heart. His customer service goes far beyond fixing cars he makes people feel seen, valued, and cared for. After going to Pep Boys in Annandale for an oil change, I had to wait there for over an hour to find out that they can't do the job b/c they don't have the Mobil 1 oil. The Pep Boy customer service was the worst I have ever faced. he was rude and unprofessional. I took my car over to Shell Annandale Service and talked to Mr. Jawed. Mr. Jawed customer service skilled was the greatest. Not only was my oil changes was done. It was much cheaper then Pep Boys. I will be returning soon for all my cars services and I highly recommend everybody to come here to get their cars work done. Don't ever go to PeP Boy. Their services is -1 star. Excellent customer service from Mr. Jawed and Mr. Lee at Shell Annandale! My tire pressure light came on today, but my van doesn’t show which tire was low. I stopped in and asked Jawed if someone could take a quick look. Within minutes, he had Lee come out to inspect my van. He checked all four tires, made sure there was no damage, and added air where needed. Thankfully, there were no nails or issues—just low tire pressure. They took care of everything quickly, professionally, and at no charge. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. It’s great to know there are still businesses that genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!

A tire on my car was low so I stopped here to use the air machine. Long story short, I ended up speaking with the owner, Jawed. Without my asking he offered to have one of his technicians take care of it. I didn’t realize it but I actually needed two tires filled. They took care of both free of charge. The owner and the staff were very kind and helpful. I came back today to get an estimate and was met with the same kindness and professionalism. This rating obviously comes with a high recommendation.
