I have actually been coming to this Shell station since it was owned by Vincent. I am glad after changing ownership to Mr. Jawed, the quality, price, and customer service is still peak. Mr. Jawed has, on more than one occasion, stayed later than closing so that I can pick up my vehicle after service because my work hours are almost identical to the station's service hours. He is kind, friendly, and very personable to his customers. I will always go to them first whenever a problem arises :)

I told Mr. Jawed I wanted to use a groupon, and he said he could access the groupon from the computer. Thinking he had applied the groupon, I foolishly paid full-price. I asked him right before I paid if he needed to scan my groupon and he said no, he didn’t need it. I see now that I was tricked. Don’t believe everything this guy says…

I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your Annandale Shell location on August 10, 2026. I have been a customer at this Shell location for more than three years. Although I have noticed some issues in the past regarding price changes at the end of service, I did not pay much attention to them because I had never experienced anything as disappointing as what happened on August 10, 2026 I was told that an Interstate battery would cost $279.00 plus tax, which is $16 and I agreed to that price. However, when the transaction was completed, an additional $22.00 "store supply" charge and another $7 was added to my bill. I immediately asked what the $29.00 charge was for and why I was being charged for it. I was told that it was for grease used during the battery replacement. I found this explanation very concerning and unacceptable. If there was going to be an additional $29.00 charge, I believe I should have been clearly informed about it before the work was completed and given the opportunity to agree to it. As a longtime customer, I feel very disappointed and disrespected by this experience. The issue is not simply the $29.00; it is the lack of transparency and the fact that an additional charge was added after I had already agreed to the $279 + $16. Total=$295 tax price. I expect a business to be upfront with its customers about all charges before performing the service. Unexpected fees added at the end of a transaction seriously damage customer trust. I am requesting that a manager or someone at a higher level review this incident and contact me regarding what happened. I would also appreciate an explanation of the $29.00 charge and why it was not disclosed to me before the service. I hope Shell takes this complaint seriously. I was at the shell today from 11am-11:45am although i waited more time before for them waiting for an oil change and to refill the liquid for my brakes it total it was 242.44 but they never told me beforehand the estimate of the liquid for my brakes then when i made a complaint to who makes the receipts he was very rude i am a person who is 70 years old and ive been a client for more then 20 years with 4 cars when i made the complaint that person told me if you dont want problems then leave there we're many more people there and the bad treatment was on 08-17-2026. I recommend that person be let go because he does not have good costumer service

I recently went to the Gensis, dealership and was quoted a ridiculous amount of money for some simple fixes. I saw the reviews here and gave it a shot, great decision. Mr. Jawed and his team handled my car with care and were able to do the changing of my thermostat and fender lining fix for a great price. Can’t say enough how well they worked. I will definitely be back!

This is my second time bringing a car to Shell Annandale Service (SAS), and the service is just excellent, with an ample pool of certified experience technicians. I initially took my car to an actual dealership where they tried to charge me outrageous prices. SAS, Mr. Jawed gave me very reasonable pricing, written detail estimate, their customer service is simply outstanding. Fast service, 10% military/first responders discount. Highly recommend them!

After going to Pep Boys in Annandale for an oil change, I had to wait there for over an hour to find out that they can't do the job b/c they don't have the Mobil 1 oil. The Pep Boy customer service was the worst I have ever faced. he was rude and unprofessional. I took my car over to Shell Annandale Service and talked to Mr. Jawed. Mr. Jawed customer service skilled was the greatest. Not only was my oil changes was done. It was much cheaper then Pep Boys. I will be returning soon for all my cars services and I highly recommend everybody to come here to get their cars work done. Don't ever go to PeP Boy. Their services is -1 star. Had my car towed here when my break line failed. These guys are great. Mr. Jawed applied a coupon I had no idea about to save me some money. Mr. Lee is an amazing technician who went above and beyond to fix my car. Love this place.

Excellent customer service from Mr. Jawed and Mr. Lee at Shell Annandale! My tire pressure light came on today, but my van doesn’t show which tire was low. I stopped in and asked Jawed if someone could take a quick look. Within minutes, he had Lee come out to inspect my van. He checked all four tires, made sure there was no damage, and added air where needed. Thankfully, there were no nails or issues—just low tire pressure. They took care of everything quickly, professionally, and at no charge. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. It’s great to know there are still businesses that genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!
